A Word of Thanks

Our sincere appreciation to pupils, parents and staff for their generous donations during a 2 day donation drive in May for those affected by the disasters in Myanmmar and Sze Chuan province in China.

Raising a total of $4700 in just 2 days, pupils and staff innately exercised our school core values, emulating care for those in need.

Congratulations to the Infocomm Club for emerging as the 1st runner up for the National Schools Podcast Competition.
The team is led my Mdm Sophia Tan, Mr Lim Wee Ming, Mr Mulyadi, Ms Mira and the pupils are
Kunthavi 6F, Poojaa 6A and Erra 6G.

The National Schools Podcast Competition (NSPC) 2008, running for the second year, will see students from all levels competing to be the best in hosting their own show. This competition is brought to you by Elchemi Education and iSHOP by Club21 and supported by MDA, MediAction!, Mediacorp Radio and Podcast.sg

CCKPS in the News!

Awarded Programme for
School-Based Excellence in Robotics

17 primary and nine secondary schools have been recognised for their excellent performance in niche areas, outside academic achievements.

The list of schools was announced by Senior Minister of State for Education and National Development, Ms Grace Fu on 23rd April, Wednesday when she visited Chua Chu Kang Primary School – one of the primary schools to be awarded the Programme for School-Based Excellence (PSE) this year.
